Riggers Plus is owned and managed by Capt. Steve Harrill. He has been a Lee’s Tackle factory authorized independent sales – service – installer – distributor – representative for over 20 years. Capt. Steve has personally custom designed all Lee's Outrigger configurations to be installed on each model Luhrs boat from 28’ up to the 41’. Additionally, various models of Bertram, Hatteras, Ocean, Cabo, Topaz, Grady’s, Mikelson, Riviera, Egg Harbor, Pursuit, Davis, Post, Albemarle, Viking and Striker boats, to name a few. He is constantly modifying and upgrading his custom procedures and the outrigger configurations for all boats to improve installation, performance and user satisfaction.

Capt. Steve’s installations may be copied but his dedication to detail of the installations and pride in workmanship is unmatched - twenty-two years and never a serious problem with an installation. Capt. Steve has many repeat boat owners (some up to their fifth boat) who refuse to have anyone else install their Lee’s Outriggers.
